Once you are already boiling lobster is introduced and is expected to re- boil the water again.

From there you start counting time. According sizes times are :

– 0.400 kg . 0,600 kg .: 14 minutes
– 0.650 kg . 1,000 kg .: 18 minutes
– 1.050 kg . 1,500 kg . 22 minutes
– 1,550 kg . to 1,950 kg : 25 minutes
– 2,000 kg . up : 28 minutes
