Pescado tatemado

Ingredients:

6 whole fish 400 grams . about (smooth , beautiful or kite )
2 large lemons
Salt
Pico De Gallo Salsa
Process:

Fish are cleaned well , removing the scales and they make a not very deep transects.

Salt spread with ensuring that it also penetrates into the pulp. They roasted on the grill or griddle.

When serving , lemon juice , pico de gallo sauce to taste and served with warm tortillas is added.
